1996 St. Clement

This was one of my famous OOPS! openers. I went to the diamond holding the box of 98 Orroppos and pulled this hummer out, opened it, thens said OOPS!Just wanted to see how the Orroppos was coming along. Knew from experience this would be huge and it didn't dissappoint. Almost opaque, no nose for 30 minutes. Then grudgeingly started with the black fruit spectrum, then some reds, a touch of coffee, and finally cocoa and spice. Enough tannins, and not soft silky dudes, to carry this another 5-8. A serious cab that just needs time. 90/92. 31 by the box. WW
