This blend of 66% Cab Sauv, 21% Merlot, 10% Malbec, and 3% Cab Franc made an excellent, although unlikely, pairing with both duck and Parm encrusted Salmon. Light and floral and not a tannin in sight. The new wife picked out a Lily like note and I would have to agree. What a great bottle.
