This elegant wine is Clos' French blend. Every year the blend is predicated on the winemakers judgement. This 99 is 54% cabernet, 33% merlot, and 13% malbeck. Lovely balance, with floral aromatics, breite red fruits, and spices mixed with light vanilla. A really enjoyable drink that will be rewarding over the next 5 years. A 3 lapper finish keeps this bottling from being in the outstanding catagory. 88/90. 30 by the box.14.2% alc.WW
