As dissapointing as the Wm. Hill was this bottle hit the other extreme button. Lovely brite ruby. Nose of cassis, sweet plums, black cherries, smoke, and leather. All hit the palate running and the impression of sweetness in the nose magnified on the tongue. Supple entry, weighty center and the only thing keeping this bottle from rating classic was a 3&3/4ths lapper finish. Still VERY enjoyable and wish there was a full box left. 90/95 29 by the box. 13.5% alc. WW
