1994 Newton " Le Puzzle " unfiltered

Deep ruby. Nose of black cherries, plums, pencil shavings, flowers, and spice(cardamon?). No label I.D. of the blend but evident is Merlot and Cab Franc. Could have some Malbec. Smooth entry, weighty center, and a long 4&1/2-lapper finish. At the top of its' game with just a little trace of silky tannins. A lovely meritage thats' arrived. 91/90. 45 by the box. 13.5% alc. WW
