While looking for space yesterday found these 4 orphan bottles. Have no recollection of where or when I bought them and no record in my inventory of ever registering them. Opened one for lunch yesterday Nothing on the label gives the make-up of the wine nor any percentages. Guessing it's holding at least 3 of the Bordeaux varietals. Impressive deep ruby with no bricking. Nose initially had a funky note that blew off in 30-40 minutes.Like the nose the taste was as closed as Buckos' wallet whenced the collection plate is passed at church. Took another 15 minutes to get any fruit. The initial impression was a tired old soldier but then after about an hour and my TLC "Voliia!" it sprunged back to life. Soft red fruits with some sweet spices came thru on the palate. Nice center but only a 3 lapper finish. This bottle has surely seen better days but was still very drinkable and enjoyable. 84/90 20(unidentified tag on bottle) and a sterling 13% alc. WW

enjoyed this today at the club.Nice fruit ,nose is dusty and heavy green pepper.agree with ww on the finish--short lived. I think that the bottle that WW had the night before was defective.score it a 88/92.

Agree in spades this bottle was superior to the one last nite. Guess whenced youse pass over from Senior to Senility you're allowed some variance. WW
