Lovely brite ruby. Nose of black fruits, blackberries, plums and cherries with creme de cassi, some kalmata olives and vanilla. All hit the palate swinging from the hip. Solid entry weighty center and a4+ lapper finish. Just a touch of silky tannins show up on the downslope. Dense, beautifully structured wine that is a joy to drink. May improve over the next 1-3 but why the bloomin'-onion wait? 93/95 36 by the box. 14% alc, WW
