Sampled both with my good friend Jeff and really couldn't differentiate any notable differences. Opaque in the glass with blackberry and cassis flavors and showing hints of dark chocolate,coffee and spice. Both are somewhat rustic. If anything, the '06 had a wee more tannins. Nice QPR for $15. 13.9% Alc/vol.
