1991 Conn Creek Anthology

This pretty little winery on the Siverado trail has been putting out some super juice since its' founding in 1973. This was the first vintage of this stunning meritage blend. 59% Cabernet, 30% Merlot, and 11% Cab Franc This wine has developed into a stunning bottle. If the finish was another 10 seconds (One-Lapper) longer IMHO it would hit the classic rating. Sold by the Collins family to Stimson Lane I've kinda put it on the back burner since 97. Must buy the 99 and see if the quality is still up there. The 94,95, 96, and 97s' are all in the outstanding rating area. Paid 25 by the box in 94. WW
