Matching Brunello di Montalcino

I posted on a 1995 Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino in the Italian thread two days ago. At the end of the tasting note I asked about whether this could pair with a chicken cacciatore or what other suggestions you have for food pairings. (I had a glass between courses at dinner but thought it might go well with pasta with meat sauce).

Not familiar with this particular one, but normally wouldn't touch a '95 Brunello until '10. Do have an '89 to open some time this year. When we do it will probably be with some Italian bread, and strong Italian cheese.
