Ahh! Many thanks for that! I grew up in an Italian neighbourhood and always had difficulty with those. Another one I had made a mistake on was:

"cc" mispronounced by me as ch and was later informed to be more like "see" (btw, is that correct??), last name in this case was Tucci.

The c's always got me. I was alway okay with the Baldassini, Permavelli, Badalli, Lamana, Pagliarini's, etc,...and that was beore we got to Sicili and (gasp), Malta!! (no we really are not Italians, those mainlanders.....) [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img]
