I recently heard some information on the TV regarding diabetics drinking red wine. They recommended red wine with black cherry and cinnamon. Do you have any recommendations on which brand wine to buy?

Hi China, and welcome to the Wine Board. I think Spanish reds go best with spices as in Sangria. Get the most inexpensive ones you can find.
