Shipyard Monkey Fist IPA

A monkey fist is a knot tied to the end of a robe, making it easier to throw. This IPA is easy to drink. It is medium amber it color, made from a variety of hops, grains, and yeasts. All this make for a truly delightful drink. Enjoyed a few tonight with pork chops grilled over charcoal and hickory chips; chopped spinach, and rolls. Yum!
