Could anyone give me an idea of the value of a bottle of 1989 Margaux Chateau Palmer Medoc

It has been kept in a proper cellar and is in excellent condition. Thanks.

Hi Jeremy, and welcome to the Wine Board. Your wine has a paper value of around $225.00. Whether or not you could turn that into hard cash is a matter of conjecture. The only legal route to sales is auction. Single bottles of wines like yours have practically not value at auction. Around here we would much rather drink wine than sell it, so please plan a very nice event soon.
