2001 Chateau Yquem

I finally caved an opened up one of these wines....been waiting for a while :0 one statement.

This is the best Yquem I have ever tasted in my life. This is a Legend in the making. This is a one year wine. This is everything everyone has ever said about this wine. It was in fact a bit closed down but it one sniff, one sip was all that was needed to confirm it. To see this wine flex its muscle is just amazing. So fresh still, so large bu this thing is insanely balanced.
