HI THERE,
I HAVE RECENTLY INHERETED 2 BOTTLES OF VINTAGE BORDEAUX AND WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR ANY INFO ON EITHER OF THEM{IE:IF THEY ARE STILL DRINKING WELL OR HAVE ANY VALUE.
THEY ARE A CHATEAU CANTEMERLE GRAND CRU '68' [HAUT-MEDOC] AND A CHATEAU LA FLEUR '70'
[MONTAGNE ST-EMILION]

Hi Jock and welcome to the board. I'm afraid the Cantemerle is dead. 68 wasn't a particularly stellar Bordeaux vintage. I'm kinda stumped by the 70 LaFleur. I don't know of a St.Emilion by that name. There's a Pomerol named LaFleur that made a stellar 70. Post everything on the label and maybe that'll clear it up. WW
