2002 Chateau Yquem

When a Yquem ranks last in a triplet of dessert wines, you know it was a good night. However, it was seated next to cuvée Constance and a 66 fonseca......

But was a great wine. Elegance defined, super balance, well crafted, floral, surreal lightness on the palate, this thing just danced across your tongue. Similar in style to the 08 but with a touch more wood that never even shows its head. I could drink this all night.
