I've just come into possession of two bottles of the Chateau La Lagune grand cru classe Haut medoc 1972, and was wondering if anyone out there knows their approximate value. Thanks very much for your time, any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Double G and welcome to the board. You've just come into possession of two VERY old dead soldiers. La Lagune is one of my favorite 3rd growths and have in recent vintages produced some marvelous wines but in the horrible 72 vintage even the great 1st growths like Latour and Lafite produced terrible bottles. Sorry but these bottles have no value. WW
