'09 Banfi Col Di Sasso Toscana

2009 Banfi Col Di Sasso, Toscana I.G.T. ($7.99 NH Liq Store). Alc level 13.5%. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon/Sangiovese blend. We are normally not big fans of Banfi, but this is a very nice every day drinker, that has enough omph to go with summer grilled meats. We have enjoyed two bottles of it that we picked up in the local Italian Wine sale (15% on a mixed case), and plan to get some more.

Last night we enjoyed it with grilled rib eye steak, roasted baby Yukons, and sliced tomatoes with avocada. Very nice start to the weekend.
