my aunt from germany gave me 2 bottle of wine.
vino da tavola SPAMMA del piemonte-dessilani luigi&figlio.-1974vendemmia
and
frankreich BEAUJOLAIS reserve valvineux-hagendorff & gorte.bremen.-1976
can anybody tell me wich one taste better? or should i wait till my parent golden aneversary 9 years from now and just wondering how much these wine cost now.thanks

The beaujolais probably went south of vinegar about 20 years ago. Don't know about the other one.

Spanna is a Northern Italian wine made from the Nebbiolo grape. Nebbiolo can make long lasting wines (e.g. Barolo) and Dessilani is a reasonably good producer, so the Spanna may still be drinkable.

A lot of this depends on how well it was stored and the quality of the vintage. I don't know anything about either of those questions. However I am sure that it is unlikely to get any better. Drink it now.
