Really wanted to go for two Shea and two Garys' but it was expensive enough as it is. I will order some of the Clos Pepe in the spring.

Still pondering, but certainly the Shea. I'm really excited to see what Brian does with Willamette juice, as I sure am crazy 'bout Willamette Pinot Noir.

I'm interested in the Shea as well. Maybe open it up beside a St. Innocenti Shea to compare.

We ended up deciding on multiple Shea's, and we also picked the Durell, Rosella's, Garys', and Naylor Dry Hole. The Rosella's and Garys' we get every year, the Durell and Naylor will be new for us. Obviously, the Shea will be new, too.

By the by, did anyone else have their allocations increase this year and, if so, is it because of an increase in production?

I thought that they were just being nice to me. I could've ordered up to three cases.

I ended up ordering Shea, Gary's, Rosella and Naylor.

I liked the little comment at the end - "We promise that our trained attack llamas will stand guard over your bottles until Peter Cargasacchi's trained acrobactic circus cows are available to lovingly pick and pack your order... ".

BTW, It'll be interesting to see how the Loring Shea tastes against the Pali Shea, considering Brian made them both. I wonder if the Pali owners had any input into the style of the finished wine. The descriptions of both sound almost identical.
