Need help w/info regarding bottle of wine

I was hoping someone might recognize this label on a bottle of wine from my mother-in-law's house that I cleaned out of her closet after she died. There was half a label across the top of the bottle that I believe gave the date of 1964 (label was only half there and barely readable). The label on the side of the bottle is in a different language and reads like this "Pisco -first line/ Soldeica - second line/Aguardiente Puro De Uva - third line/Vina Vista Alegre - fourth line/M.Picasso Hnos. - fifth line/ICA-Peru - sixth line, and at the very bottom it reads "industria, peruana - EMF. GRAF. T. SCHEUCH GA". If anyone recognizes it and can give any information on value/will it still be good, etc., would appreciate. Thanks mosaic99
