That weekend (Memorial Day) is impossible for me (Not that that should change any plans). But if the offline/reunion/"Lots of people having a great time drinking/tasting wine" could be held off for a later date.............

Jane, I promise to have the notes from our offline on this site in the next couple of days. I'm just now finishing work (4:ish am). Thanks for your patience.

mark

June works for us, but the later part is no good for KC. How bout the first half of June KC? July is starting to get warm, but hey, if it works for everyone else, we will try to make it whenever. Don't want to miss it.

1st part of June would be best for moi and CB. Haven't broached her with it yet as she's still having lower back problems. WW

Beginning of June would work - either the weekend of the 1st or 8th.

The 8th is the only of the two that works for us so perfect! Maryann has to work the 1st. Anyone else?

That's three couples for the weekend of 8-10 June. We'll also bring our friend Don, so that's seven people. Any more - hotwine, WW, brappy, newsguy, Wondersofwine, anyone? How about Glenora and Foodie - are you guys up for those dates?

Around 8 June works for me--probably better than Memorial Day weekend.

Mark,
I feel for you finishing work so late (or so early in the morning). I'll be patient. Thanks for another fun evening in Baltimore.

With the date working for WOW and the 7 KC mentioned, I guess this is the one. I'm not sure what to do next, should we call Glenora for a reservation and to make sure this date works for them? Any of the out of towners in? Still waiting for big daddy Verne to reply.

WOW: so sorry i missed your visit. you coming up this way again any time soon? washington international food & wine festival is march 9-11...hint, hint....

If HW is in, it looks like we have enough of a majority to call it a set date, what do you think KC? Should we call Glenora and get the ball rolling?

I'll be there. Somehow I'll make it happen. My schedule changes on a dime, so I'm never 100%, especially in the summer. Oh, Hattie will be with me so count us as 2. I can't make reservations because I don't know if I can honor them. If there is a room left at that time, I'll take it, if not, I'll figure it out. Don't want Gene losing anything on my account. Can't wait to taste his wine though.

Looks like we have 13 for sure and perhaps 16 if brappy and Connie can make it. I will call Gene today and let him know the scoop and make our reservations. Does anyone know if I should ask for him directly or just speak with Carol Cosentino who seems to be their group stay person?

The definate list is:
KC = 3
GAD = 2
Verne = 1
IK = 2
WOW = 1
HW = 2
Newsie = 2

Maybe:

Connie
brappy + 1

Bucko,
With so much advance notice can't you change your on-call schedule? We'd like to have you and Carole join us.

Say, anyone heard from Foodie lately. I don't believe he's been on in about two weeks or so. That's a long absence for him.

He's about because he has been all over Robin's board all week.
