BEER post... :)

I had to make one of these this weekend. I am finally home this week (will be out to see you soon KC) and had brought down from Toronto a 12 bottle case of Creemore Springs which is a small microbrew in Ontario. While not necessarily the best beer ever, it is one of my fav's. I remember a time when they sold only in 2L bottles....."Honey I'm just going for one beer....".

Had a couple of these on Saturday night and it was nice. More a late summer early fall beer because of its density. I've had my guys (who are serious beer people) go up and order one of these without me pointing them at it and they have all proclaimed their new favs....a few even smuggled empties out of the bar.....just to get the label....not sure if it deserves that type of attention but it is pretty good. KC, I'll drop a couple off for you.
