Hope alla' youse guys are rooting for Mr. Williams Jayhawks today. With my beloved Wildcats eliminated they're next on the food chain. CB is from Concordia, went to K-State and her father was a track star at K.U. So hope everyone without a strong affiliation roots for Roy to get his 1st Natn'l. Couldn't happen to a nicer man. I spent a year at KU before finishing my degree at K-State. Still, even a year on 'Snob Hill' entitles me to say "Go KU".

Well, thanks to you folks, I got interested in last night's game and thought I'd watch for a few minutes before going to bed. Fat chance of turning that one off! I was riveted! What a game! As I often feel with those championships, it's too bad there had to be a loser. Now does anybody have some toothpicks for these eyelids?

BUMMER!!!!!! Any time you go 12 for 30 at the free-throw line you should lose. Great game with two of the nicest coaches in the biz matched. Not sour grapes, but Kansas didn't get too many calls. Certainly apparant the two Texas Ball-Nerds are in unison in their DUH! I'm sure in October they'll break out their wry commentary on the Masters. WW

Sad to say, Kansas didn't go all the way...but KU coach Roy Williams did. Looks like he's headed for N. Carolina & good luck to him.
