I think we should definitely plan something special for 10,000 registered members (even if there are a few duplicates -- I don't think there are many).

I'm willing to spring for something nice from the WINES.COM Wine Lovers' Gift Shop. Any suggestions?

Other ideas?

Jackie

I'd be more than happy to kick in a bottle from Buckos, I mean my limited collection to the offender. Keep me posted. WW

A decanter is a suggestion if shipping wine across state lines is a problem.

The counter at the top of the page shows 1004 right now but the files that hold membership information are only at 9997. If I count back four (1004 -4) and look at member 9993, that person's UserName is BioTeacher. BioTeacher signed up but did not post a message. Maybe we were too intimidating but I prefer to think that he/she found what they were looking for and will come back to participate in the future.

We can call BioTeacher member #10,000 or we can go with the system files and wait for 3 more members.... This might be someone who actually leaves a message....

We have a few "prizes" lined up for that lucky person. Can I get your take on this y'all?

Thanks,
Jackie

If BioTeacher doesn't respond within five days, I say go with the system files.

For the Novice or whatever it's called. He posted the same day you posted for him to post. And then he posted another question in the same thread topic. So, what did he win? I'm willing to throw something in. I had beer tonight mixed in with some shots. Way too much for me to handle these days. Anyway, hope I answered your question.
