I have a Beringer-Founders Estate,

it's a Cabernet Sauvignon, 1999, California bottle of wine.

I know it's a decent kind but would you recommed saving it a few more years, drink it now, or don't it matter? Please help.

Founder's Estate is released ready to go. Had a couple of glasses with dinner out the other night. Other than the fact that it was served at "room" temperature (75 degrees F), it was fine (after the addition of a couple of small ice cubes from my water). It will hold and possibly improve a little over the next couple of years, but I would drink it now, and use the storage space for something more worthwhile.
