a glass of bubbly in the mile-high to the group. All is going smoothly here and CB and I are leaving this P.M. for Denver. Will look forward to the tasting notes when you return. WW

Judy and I will be off the air in about 4 or 5 hours until we get back late on the 11th. We'll be out enjoying wines and such in the great state of Washington with a severely depleted group. Be good. Keep 'em in line, teach.

Well, Anne and I arrived home in Atlanta late last night after a wonderful time in the Pac NW. I'll post a complete trip report from our time in Willamatte and in Washington later after work, but I wanted to pop in here and say thanks to CCK for everything she did to put it together and to say how wonderful it was to put faces with names and meet the fantastic folks from this board that helped make for such a great and entertaining time! I hope we can get together again in future!

So where's the report on the weekend? I'm starting to think it was one of those "what happens in Washington, stays in Washington" situations....C'mon, tell!

"what happens in Washington, stays in Washington"

WW wasn't there so "apparently" there was "not a breakfast of champions ritual each morning", no one to "run the horns on the cars", and no one to continually mention "sissy white wines"

Perhaps there was nothing to report, and to repeat the Innkeeper's question--what happened to Bucko?

I will post pix on my photo site when i get back home (In Seattle for wine Auctions) and send each person on the "Off Board" list a link to view them at.

Should be back on Monday.

Take care all, more later.

Thanks! That would be wonderful! It sounds like it was a really nice time that I'm sorry to have missed. Where're we going next year?

We're baaaack. Got in very late last night/very early this morning. We went on to visit friends and do some sailing in Gig Harbor, WA after the event. Lots of fun. I'll post my notes on the thread Dan started down in Wine Country Touring.

Don't know what happened to Bucko. According to the front desk, he checked in Thurs eve and checked out very early Fri morn. Haven't heard hide nor hair from him. Stevebody didn't show either, and haven't heard from him.
