HELP!! I can't find this company anywhere. Does anyone have any info? I had a 1987 Cabernet (in 2000) from them that was worthy of repeating. While the year is not likely, perhaps more recent years. This was a Napa Valley Cabernet. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks! K

I am not by any means the "final answer".....

I tried and could not get an answer to your question.

I sure hope you have better luck from any one of the other fine folks here on the Wine Board.

J Wiles and Sons is a negotient lable.Haven`t seen it for a while. Used to buy up distressed merchandise. With the state of the wine business today, I guess I`ve answered my own answer. Winoweenie

Looking through a local "buying guide" May-July 2000, I noticed a listing for J. Wile Cabernet, $5.99. The advertiser is: Beltway Fine Wine & Spirits 8727 Loch Raven Blvd., Towson, Maryland (North Baltimore) 410-668-8884 Fax.-410-668-1050
I noticed you're in Randallstown, just a hop and a skip away! I also found this:

J Wile & Sons
401 Saint Helena Hwy. S
St. Helena, CA 94574
707-963-7280

The wine can also be special ordered through James Moroney Inc., a vender who supplies PA wine & spirit stores. The last vintage of record that I know of for sure that was available from them, was the 1991. You'll likely find something between 91' and 95' available.
