Hi can you tell me if this bottle (1958 Chateau Pavie, Saint Emilion, Premier Grand CRU Classe') is worth keeping or selling, or drinking? Or none of the above? ha
Thanks in advance,
kevin

It was a so so vintage. At age 44, I would not hold out any great hopes........

Hi ktdooley and welcome to the board. Much as I hate this, must agree with the Buckinheimer. I tasted a 58 Mouton in 83 and it be history. WW

Hey, thanks to both of you for your comments. This bottle came as a gift and was part of a collection that a gentlemen had in Michigan before he passed on.
Soooooooo what I will do is cook a good steak and pop the cork and see what it brings!! ha (but on the odd chance that it bombs, I will have a back up bottle, or two or three......)

Thanks to both of you again, great sight that you have here. I will be logging on and reading often!

Seeya,
kevin
