Hi Forum Moderators:

I am a wine enthusiast in the tech industry and created a wine scoring and analytics web application that launched recently. I am interested in getting feedback on the site. I think your audience might be pretty interested in the site as I have not been able to find anything like it on the net. Out of respect to the forum I wanted to check with you to see if it is OK to post about the site. It does not have any advertising, does not charge for use and is not generating any money. It is under a registered LLC, however. The site is http://www.grapetasters.com .[/URL] If I can invite your forum members to visit the site and provide feedback, I'd really appreciate it. If, on the other hand, you don't want this kind of post on your forum than I totally understand. Let me know. Thanks so much.

Warm regards,

Paul

Hi pm, and welcome to the board. Your site seems interesting for gatherings and tastings but not so much for individual participation. Probably good for a small share of wine drinkers.

Hi WW, thanks for response and sorry I didn't poke around more and find the promotion thread. I'm not a real idiot, but I play one on tv... :-\ I haven't received any other reports of the site not displaying. I'll have a look.

Also, Drew, many thanks for your feedback. I track my own personal tasting scores on the site, but you are right, it is intended more for groups of people tasting and comparing wines.

Thanks again! Super appreciated and I look forward to seeing you on line!

Warm regards,

Paul

WW, The issue with the site is that the final period is accidentally included in the hyperlink.

Thank you for fixing the link! Also, I appreciate the feedback on the site. I will spend some time thinking about this (while I enjoy an inexpensive Malbec).

Cheers,

Paul
