Opps!! Lost the Tech Tips Forum

I started making some final changes to the new board tonight at 10pm. Here is it almost 4 am and -- while I succeeded doing a couple of things -- I somehow managed to lose the TECH TIPS forum. (That is, we still have the content. I just can't get it to show up on the screen. )

At this point, I am giving up for the night with apologies to all who wanted to use that forum.... I hope I can get it back tomorrow with a clearer head.
