What past years hve been good in Bordeaux

I'll be in the Bordeaux region in July and August to buy wine. What years should I look for?

If you are buying quantities to bring back, make sure you have reputable arrangements for shipping. Poor transport has ruined many fine Bordeauxs. A good selection of vintage charts are at:

If you are just looking for Bordeaux to drink while you are over there, then don't worry about the years. You'll have plenty of opportunity to sample. Have a great trip Loren.
