HELP! We are total novices and just messed up our wine!

We decided to make our own wine last fall and we recently tasted it. It is very sweet. We suspect that we let the grape juice get too cold in the early stages ( it actually turned a little slushy before we moved it to another location)and so have ended up with sweet wine. Can any corrective measures be taken or should we throw in the towel?

Throw in the towel and then get yourself a book about making wine at home, or locate a friendly home winemaker's shop.

hi there louey and welcome to the board. Another suggestion I'd like to submit is go to Foodies or Botos' shop and buy some GOOD stuff. winoweenie
