Hi, and welcome to the Wine Board. The only red wines I know of that need to be chilled are the soon to released Beaujolais Nouveau, and red dessert wines such as Late Harvest Zinfandel. So that leaves about half a million possibilities. A couple or few suggestions from various parts of the world are Chianti Classico from Italy; Beaujolais Villages or Cotes du Rhone from France; an Australian Shiraz; an Argentine Malbec; a South African Pinotage; or an American Red Zinfandel. All of these will fill your bill. An easy to find zin is Cline California Zinfandel that runs around $10.
