Someone recently told me that Robin Williams's brother is a well-know wine maker in California. I thought Robin Williams was an only child.

Anybody know anything about this?

That would be Todd Williams, affectionately (or maybe not) known as Toad. He's the owner of Toad Hollow Winery, in partnership with Rodney Strong (yes, that Rodney Strong). Strong no longer has any association with Rodney Strong Winery, having sold it off some years ago. If you like a nice unoaked (or very lightly oaked) Chard, try theirs.

I've had a glass of the the Toad Hollow Pinot Noir Rose' in a restaurant and found it okay but a little on the tart side.

Robin also owns a lovely vineyard in Napa that Robert Craig makes some killer wines from. WW

Was a time where every actor while being interviewed would say they wanted to move into directing. Some years later, it was producing. Now I guess they're all going right to the top and setting their sights on "vintner extraordinaire" (or however you spell it). Hope they make better winemakers than political experts. (I'll apologize for that one now, to save me time later).
