Can any one give me a list of wines that have been naturally fermented, that doesn´t have extra additives to help fermentation?

The closest things that fit your bill are some of the organic wines. If you go back to www.wines.com home page, there is a posting on that subject. There are also many other sources of these wines. We have an importer right here in Rockland, ME who specializes in organic French Wines.
