I have a bottle of Bollini Cabernet Sauvignon - 1983- that I've been saving for a special occasion. Is it worth keeping??

I very seriously doubt your wine is drinkable any more. Bollini is the personal label of Neil Empson. He's an importer and he has a number of mostly Italian wines bottled under his label.

Unfortunately, it was never the kind of wine that should have been "kept" at all.
