What is the perfect wine for CAVIAR?

I need help choosing the perfect wine for my CAVIAR. I read that the following are recommended, but what NAME should I look for when I go to the store? And which one is the BEST? PLEASE HELP ME!!! ASAP!!!

*very dry champagne
*sparkling wine
*dry white wine
*frozen vodka

In the Vodka Catagory I usually drink Grey Goose and my taste in the bubbly with caviar are some of the not-to-easy to find, butIMHO, some great drinks for the buck. I Like Egly-Ouriet from Ambonnay made mostly from Pinot. I also like Rene Geoffroy,Jacquesson, Lassalle, Roger Poullion et Fils, and Michel Turgy. These are all in the 29-39 dollar range. WW
