Serving Argyle Pinot Noir 1999

I have a bottle of that I was going to serve with fried turkey. Is this a good choice? What temperature should it be served at?

Pinot works well for the Thanksgiving table. Serve it as you would serve any red, 65 degrees. I would decant it for an hour since it is very young.
