I received a bottle of Richmond Grove 1999 limited release McLaren Vale Chardonnay and me, being completely wine ignorant, would like to find out how to serve it to get the full flavours out of it.

Hi Relacs, and welcome to the Wine Board. Serve the chardonnay at 55 degress F, with a buttery roasted chicken.
