Central market just had a 20% off wine sale if you buy a mix and match case. So I stocked up on some reds. bought mainly Pinots, Cabernets, and Zinfandels.
my friend and I wont' be able to finish these off for at least several months... if we keep them in a closet, will they be ok, even though the conditions aren't ideal?
