Hello

I am having dinner with a friend tomorrow night and I am responsible for the wine. As I do not have much of a knowledge about wine, I was hoping someone could help me.
We are having Italian - its a parmasan noodle dish with sausage and chicken and its a bit spicy. Please let me know if you have any ideas!!!

Thanks

Drew asked a very good question. But, since time is of the essence, go get some Solice Salentino in as many bottles as you need.

I know this reply comes late Kendra, but for future reference with a red pasta and sausage meal, spend the extra money on a good barbaresco...you won't be sorry!

Why spend extra money when a good 10 or 12 buck Salice Salentino or Valpolicella will make the red pasta sauce and sausage taste oh so good. Spend less but spend smartly.
