I need help matching wines with food. Here is the food that I am serving and I need some wines to go with each. I really hope someone can help me out!

For an apetizer: Vegtable Tempura seved with a yogurt sauce

For Soup: Cream of wild mushroom and broccoli

Entree: Beef turnedos with peppercorn sauce. and Chicken Supreme with herb cream sauce

Dessert: Chocolate souffle with strawberries.

That's all.... I hope sopme people can help me out!!

1. Verdicchio
2. Beaujolais Villages
3. Shiraz or Syrah, and Cotes du Rhone Blanc
4. Late Harvest Zinfandel

Another suggestion on the vegetable tempura--
Andrea Immer's book suggests a dry Spanish sherry--Oloroso type--with vegetable tempura.
I'll go along with IK's suggestions on the rest. If you can't find late harvest Zinfandel, you might use port with dessert.
