I received as a gift a bottle of tokay from Hungary in an elegant bottle shaped like a bunch of grapes with a raised grape leaf, also a bottle of Mumm Cuvee Napa DVX 1995. I've had the tokay about 2 years. It had a label around the neck which has gotten lost. What should I do with these wines?

The most logical thing to do with them is to drink them. The Tokaj for dessert, the sparkler for a special toast, or maybe a fine dinner.

Can I store the sparkler for awhile? How should I store it? How long does Tokaj keep?

You don't mention the vintage how many puttonyos the Tokay is. The puttonyos tell you how sweet the wine is (the more the sweeter) and together with the vintage would help us be more accurate with its potential longevity. That said, most Tokay is pretty tough stuff and lasts for decades. The DVX should improve for at least 2-3 years, possibly 5, depending how toasty you like your fizz.
