My name is Nicole, I am a graduate student who was given a bottle of Cabarnet Sauvegnon (forgive my spelling), 1989 Robert Mondavi. I would like to possibly keep it for some time if it is valuable. Is it? And if so, who or how would I "sell" it?

Thanks,
Nicole H

It has no particular value as a collectable, but 1989 was a good solid vintage.

It's greatest value will be as a beverage to share with some friends at anything from a formal dinner party to hamburger or steak cookout. At age 11, I'd be geting to it sooner rather than later though it should have a few more good years.
