Anyone else still having issues?

I stay signed in and the lightbulbs work 99% of the time, but the folders are always white. I click on a forum that has a light bulb lit and have to read the dates to see which is new. I have cleared cookies, set to save for one year, ect. Any ideas?

Sometimes... I have just grown accustomed to checking dates instead of looking for bulbs. No worries.
