Hi- I am looking for a recipe on how to make ramp/leek wine. Ive made wine for several years but nothing of this nature. I think it would be great for cooking or marinating. Ive found a few onion recipes but ramps are more of a cross between garlic and an onion. Instead of just experimenting id like to see if someone knows or has any info on how to do it properly. thanks

Hi GG1, and welcome to the Wine Board. You only have to post once on this board, and you found the right one here. Most of the folks who inhabit this place are just about 100% into grape wine. Perhaps someone will come along to help you. Thanks for visiting.
