I've juiced all my berry and grapes and the recipe I have found call for pounds of fruit does anyone know any recipe that are in concentrated juice are they standard so much juice to so much water or a name of a recipe book i can puchase that has fresh berry recipe also will it hurt the wine if the berry's are last years and been frozen, and it alright to mix berry's and are there hard one to work with then others when mixings the berry's i have are strawberry rhubarb red white black currants blackberrys and grapes, not sure of the name of the grapes but they are purple Can anyone help Thank you
