Set up a 6 gal batch of French Syrah on Monday. Will see if it turns into a frog about mid-June.

Good luck.
We're ready to rack our 2nd batch of a 'home recipe'. First batch, when bottled, was very sweet, but after a few weeks it mellowed. Also have an experimental gallon of saki going.
